At this point in life, I am so used to talking to myself, that even if proof of madness was linked to it, I couldn't and wouldn't stop. I also learned not too long ago, that constantly fidgeting with your fingers is a sign of unreleased creativity. I always thought my fingers were missing the keyboard, whether computer or musical...
